SERVPRO is one of three mitigators I use on a regular basis in my role as the claims manager. SERVPRO has adhered to my three demands for the twenty years I have been using them for claims. Number one, I have to trust them because I am sending them into houses in most cases are owned by absentee owners. I have never had a complaint of missing items. Number two, if they cannot get to the damage quickly they must tell me. They have always been honest with me in this case. Number three, I don't need to hear the good news but I insist on hearing the bad news about a claim. SERVPRO has earned my trust!
