Timmy and Jonathan were especially helpful. Their responsiveness and communication were excellent throughout the process. They made dealing with the insurance company seamless. Team came same day although it was late and they were booked for another job. They sent a seasoned rep over in advance to create a plan. Continuously followed up to ensure remediation procedures were on track.

I was a 100% stressed out and overwhelmed when my dryer caught fire 2/12/23. Megan at SERVPRO contacted me and within hours had a crew at my home. They walked me through what needed to be done and how they handle it all. Before they left that day, I had machines and fans in my home to help eliminate any smoke smell. The next morning 3 SERVPRO vehicles showed up, 2 moving pods and a truck with a dump trailer. They started cleaning off what was salvageable and put it in the pods then put what was not on a tarp. Took pictures of what was non salvageable and hauled it off. Always keeping me informed as to what was going on and the steps it took to accomplish it. A week later my house was nothing more than the shell. No flooring, no furniture, no personal belongings. The walls were cleaned and now ready for paint, my popcorn ceiling all scraped down. It was crazy how quickly Timothy and his crew knocked it out. I was a complete mess before SERVPRO got involved but now I can’t wait to see how home is gonna look. They definitely have me looking at the light at the end of the tunnel!

Within just a couple of hours of our business being cleared for entry, SERVPRO showed up and worked tirelessly to assist us with our goal of reopening only 48 hours later from the event.
