"Tenants gone Wild"

As SERVPRO technicians we see some interesting things, this job was particularly interesting. Here's the scoop, tenants at this apartment complex were being evicted, they were not too happy about it, so they intentionally flooded the apartment by stopping up the toilet and letting it run for days. SERVPRO of Carteret & East Onslow technicians were called out to the job and immediately got to work cutting out affected areas, drying and cleaning as they went. Unfortunately, the water made its ways down, affecting the below apartment. Once we have approval for recon, we will begin putting these apartments back together!
