Beach House Storm Damage

This cozy beach home experience some damage after Emerald Isle had a small summer storm to blow in. Thankfully, the damage was only under a double window, once the drywall was removed we discovered that the wood was rotten due to moisture coming in over time under the window. The property owners had LVT vinyl flooring and that was able to be saved due to the SERVPRO of Carteret and East Onslow crew getting there quickly.
