Water Damage in Newport

This Newport home experienced water damage located at the exterior walls due to faulty windows being installed and slowly leaking in water. SERVPRO of Carteret & East Onslow Counties was called out to remediate the property and when the technicians arrived, they quickly began work. There were some obstacles due to tenants renting out the lower level of the home where most of the work had to be done. This delay caused mold to form which escalated the overall project, in the end everything was torn out, cleaned up and mold was remediated, we have the homeowner on schedule for put back.
